Tackling the "chip" of animal husbandry and feed to promote the healthy...
Huasheng Online, March 23 (Hunan Daily Huasheng Online correspondent Wei Yuan reporter Liu Yinan) On March 22, Changsha Xingjia Bioengineering Co., Ltd. and the Institute of Subtropical Agroecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly established a joint innovation center for trace element functional nutrition established. The innovation center will carry out research and development technology research around the functional nutrition application of minerals and trace elements, and promote the transformation of research results into productivity, focusing on serving the healthy breeding industry.
Mineral trace elements are a kind of required raw materials in animal feed, and are called "chips" in the feed. Fully exploiting the nutritional value of mineral trace elements is of great significance to further promoting the healthy development of the breeding industry and improving the breeding ecological environment.
"For Hunan, the establishment of the Joint Innovation Center will add impetus to create more 'Xiangzihao' animal husbandry products and promote the high-quality development of the animal husbandry industry," said Yin Yulong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
It is understood that the joint innovation center established this time is the third joint innovation center established by Xingjia Biology after joining hands with the National Feed Engineering Technology Research Center in December 2020 and Hunan Agricultural University in March 2021.
